Having studied in the UAE and the United Sates, Mansoor graduated university with a degree in Business Management from the United Kingdom and then subsequently taking over the running of his family real estate and manufacturing business. Mansoor then established a home healthcare business which now has 4 regional offices covering 4 emirates with over 400 staff. Mansoor now heads the board of MUH Group LLC as its CEO. Mansoor is also a Non-Executive Director on the board of Drake & Scull PJSC, the DFM listed construction and civil engineering business who’s operations extend throughout the Middle East region and across the globe with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Algeria and India, in addition to managing projects in Europe and other parts of North Africa.
Brought up and Educated in Cambridge, United Kingdom, Alaric is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, financial & operational restructuring and troubleshooting with over 30 years’ of experience in private and public companies in both executive and non-executive roles in the UK, USA, the Caribbean, South Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, including 13 years with Sirius Financial Solutions in London where he held the position of UK Managing Director and Senior Vice President in the United States) participating in the Management Buy-out from Norwich Union and the subsequent IPO on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) before its move to the main London Stock Exchange 3 years later. Alaric is also a Director of Solaris Technology Ltd and sits on the board of a number of MUH’s subsidiary companies providing financial and strategic support.
Educated in London in psychology and Healthcare Management, Hoda joined her husband’s Hotel & Real Estate business in London and California USA before returning to the United Kingdom where Hoda worked in the NHS (UK National Health Service) for 21 years, including positions in Practise Management and as a specialist Medical Interpreter, being fluent in 3 languages. Hoda spent 9 years as a non-executive Middle East Coordinator of Truva International Education Services as well as being entrusted by private clients in financial matters.

Ali El Gebeley is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Al Fanar and sits as a non-executive advisor to the MUH board. Mr El Gebeley provides support and advice in the oil, Gas and energy sector having significant experience in Gas, Petroleum, Downstream Oil & Gas, Energy, and Energy Industry sectors.
Mr Firas Baba has over 20 years’ experience in strategic and financial services across multiple industries including real estate development, aviation, healthcare, property management and private equity. He is currently the Chairman of Dana Group International Investment Ltd. and the Managing Partner of Sadara Capital LLC – a venture capital and private equity firm operating in Dubai, UAE. Firas previously held the position of CEO at Bonyan International Investment Group LLC and Head of Finance for Abu Dhabi Airports Company ("ADAC").
Dr. Cyril Toma is the Managing Partner AMEA at ICME International AG a strategic healthcare-consulting firm headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Toma has a 30-year successful track record in healthcare as a service provider, healthcare manager and strategic health consultant. He is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria and a consultant orthopaedic oncologist by training. Dr Toma received his MD/PhD from the Medical University of Vienna and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore Business School. Additionally he holds a certificate in Healthcare Management from the Danube University in Krems, Austria.
MUH group holds in high regard the support and management of its companies and ventures, through business development and through operational, financial, and logistical support. With regards to Risk Management, the Group has a “hands-on” approach, being active on both the executive and management boards to ensure that the combined skills and efforts of the group and its subsidiaries/partners delivers both the financial and operational objectives agreed.
Day-to-day management is also of utmost importance to us through standardized reporting, business planning and execution procedures amongst the group to ensure that the group remains abreast of and able to contribute to the business on an ongoing basis. This is done with the aim of not adding unnecessary burdens upon the operational efficiency of the business, but rather being an active contributor at all levels. This enables MUH and our group to tackle obstacles head on, and respond to any challenges that may arise. In addition, we aim to command clear visibility of matters requiring our attention, and dealing with them as an active contributor at all levels of the business.
